Hey Everyone,
As you noticed you are probably having some connection issues. We have currently created a hotfix for this.
You will be required to replace a few files with the following. Please refer to the following instructions on replacing these files.
1. Download the following file and save it to a location you will be able to find after the download has completed. (My Documents, Desktop, etc.) http://corum.gpotato.com/tmp/CorumAutopatch.zip
2. After your download has completed, open the .zip file. If you are not able to open .zip files please download an extraction program such as winzip or winrar
3. After opening this file, Extract these files ‘CorumAutoPatcher.exe’ and ‘Connect.ini’ to your CorumOnline installation folder. (Default: C:\Program Files\gPotato\CorumOnline) This is done by either clicking and dragging the file to the Corum Online folder or clicking the ‘extract to’ button and selecting the Corum Online installation folder.
4. You will be asked to verify the replacement of the files. Select ‘Yes to All’.
5. Run CorumAutoPatcher.exe and update to the latest version. You should now be able to connect with out issue.
If you are still having problems connecting please uninstall and reinstall and refollow these steps. If you still have a problem after this step please email corum@gala-net.com for further support. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you in game soon.
January 14, 2010 – Corum Hardware Maintenance
**We are currently aware of the issue causing users to be able to connect. Tonight (1/14) we will be correcting this error.**
Tonight from 10 pm PST (GMT -8) Corum will be having an extended suplemental hardware maintenance. Maintenance is scheduled to last up to 3 hours. We will be changing the ISP of the game and database servers. You will be required to download a patch. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
